My Fingerlings® HUG is not responding/will not turn on?

As a first step, please try turning your Fingerlings® HUG off then on again.

If that doesn't work, try replacing the batteries with fresh ones of the correct type (2 x “AAA” size batteries)

If your Fingerlings pet is still not working, please submit a request to one of our helpful agents.
